Each product by Caseporia is individually crafted by hand to meet the highest quality standards. It takes time and infinite attention from our expert artisans to manually assemble each accessory and custom iPhone to order.
Once an order is placed, it can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, the order is sent to production, and it is impossible to cancel. Send an email to casephoriaofficial@gmail.com with your order number to cancel your order.
A product can only be returned due to a defect. A return may be granted after the evaluation of the product by the customer service team. There is a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact caseporia. Please provide photos of your product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In case of a faulty item, the shipping costs will be covered by Caseporia. In any other case, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Products with normal wear and tear damages are not considered faulty and are not eligible for a return.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank, credit card company, or payment service provider to process and post the refund.
